In this blog, I want to talk about my first post of blog.  From what we discuss in class, I think I have summarize the  main idea of the article New York Is Lagging as Seas and Risks Rise, Critics Warn , state my opinion, summarize the main idea of one of the comment and do my reaction. Although  I have done what the assignment requires, I find there are still some weakness in my summary. I only summarize a few main point of the article. In our discussion, I have learned a little bit skill about how to write a good summary.
